Every US order ships free with tracking. No thresholds, no codes, no games. The price you see is the price you pay. Every product in our lineup ships to US addresses.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- Standard shipping: FREE on all US orders. Typical delivery 8–15 business days after dispatch.
- Every order includes tracking.
We ship to all 50 states. Some states and municipalities restrict gel blasters; buyers are responsible for knowing and complying with local laws. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders shipping to restricted jurisdictions.
Rifles, SMGs, shotguns, gel ammo, targets and accessories ship tracked to the following regions:
- North America: Canada, Mexico
- European Union: all 27 member states (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden)
International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Typical delivery is 15–20 business days after dispatch.
PISTOLS SHIP TO US ADDRESSES ONLY (G17, TTI G17, TTI G34, P320 M17). If a product cannot ship to your address, checkout will tell you before payment. Mixed carts containing a pistol cannot be shipped internationally; please order pistols separately to a US address.
DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES
International orders do not include import duties, VAT, GST or customs fees. These are the buyer's responsibility and may be collected by your local customs office or carrier before delivery. GellyGo has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
If a shipment is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid duties, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and any return shipping or carrier fees will be deducted from the refund.
INTERNATIONAL LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Gel blasters are regulated differently in every country, and some countries and Australian states restrict or prohibit them. By placing an international order you confirm that:
- The product is legal to import, own and use at your delivery address.
- You accept sole responsibility for compliance with local law.
- You accept the risk of customs seizure. GellyGo cannot refund shipments seized, held or destroyed by customs authorities.
All products are sold with US-market specifications and markings, including the blaze-orange muzzle tip required by US federal law.
Some carriers may require an adult signature for realistic-style gel blasters. Please ensure an adult is available at the delivery address.
Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the buyer's expense or refunded minus original shipping costs.
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
