90-Day Warranty

Every GellyGo blaster is covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery — gearbox, motor, electronics, and structural components.

What's Covered

  • Gearbox and internal drivetrain failures under normal use
  • Motor and wiring defects
  • Battery and charger defects (30 days)

What Voids the Warranty

  • Removing or altering the orange tip
  • Disassembling the gearbox or internal modifications
  • Overvolting with non-standard batteries
  • Water damage from submersion, or use of non-gel projectiles

How to Claim

Email support@gellygo.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a short video if possible. We'll repair, replace, or refund — our choice — within the warranty window.
