30-Day Returns
Not happy? Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, with all accessories and the original box.
- Gel ammo is non-returnable once the pack is opened.
- Modified blasters, or blasters with the orange tip removed, cannot be returned and are not covered by warranty.
- Bundles must be returned complete.
How to Start a Return
Email support@gellygo.com (or WhatsApp +1 840 248 9291) with your order number and reason. We'll confirm eligibility and send instructions — please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back. We'll send a prepaid label for defective items; for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Include your order number inside the package and keep your tracking receipt until the refund is issued.
International Returns
Orders shipped outside the US follow the same 30-day window. Return shipping to our Texas address is the buyer's responsibility, and original shipping charges, import duties and taxes are non-refundable. Defective-on-arrival items are handled case by case — contact us with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Defective on Arrival
If your blaster arrives defective, contact us within 7 days — we'll replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.
