30-Day Returns

Not happy? Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, with all accessories and the original box.
• Gel ammo is non-returnable once the pack is opened.
• Modified blasters, or blasters with the orange tip removed, cannot be returned and are not covered by warranty.
• Bundles must be returned complete.

How to Start a Return

Email support@gellygo.com with your order number and reason. We'll send a prepaid label for defective items; for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Defective on Arrival

If your blaster arrives defective, contact us within 7 days — we'll replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.
