Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Some states or municipalities that restrict gel blasters may be excluded at checkout; buyers are responsible for knowing their local laws.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Delivery & Tracking

  • Standard shipping: FREE on all orders (15–20 business days)
  • Expedited options: calculated at checkout
  • Every order includes a tracking number, emailed as soon as it dispatches

Duties & Fees

No surprise fees at delivery — what you pay at checkout is final.

Adult Signature

Some carriers may require an adult signature for realistic-style gel blasters. Please ensure an adult is available at the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact support@gellygo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
