1. Agreement

By using gellygo.com (the "Site") or purchasing from GellyGo ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use this Site. Purchases require an adult payment method, and by placing an order you confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement or have consent from a parent or guardian.

3. Products

All products sold on this Site are toy gel-projectile devices ("gel blasters"), not firearms. They ship with a permanently affixed blaze-orange muzzle tip as required by US federal law. Removing or altering the orange tip is illegal and voids your warranty. Products are intended for recreational use on private property only. Some states and municipalities restrict gel blasters — you are solely responsible for knowing and complying with your local laws before ordering.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders shipping to restricted jurisdictions, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

7. Safe & Legal Use

You agree to use products in accordance with our Play Safe Center guidelines, including wearing eye protection and never brandishing products in public. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse, modification, or failure to follow safety guidelines and applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the GellyGo name, logo, images, and copy — is our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Discount Codes & Promotions

Promotional codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
